2.1 Filler (User) Information
When a filler registers or is onboarded, we collect:

- Station name and station location
2.2 Customer Information (Collected by Fillers)
Fillers collect and upload customer data for QR tagging and compliance tracking:
- Vehicle registration number
- Number of CNG cylinders in the vehicle
- Customer contact number
- Hydrotest certificate photo
- Hydrotest due date
- Metal Plate photo
This data is linked to a unique QR code assigned to the vehicle.
2.3 Operational & Usage Data
- QR code scan records (validity checks, timestamps)
- Inspection and verification logs

3. How We Use the Information
We use collected data strictly for operational and compliance purposes:
- Register and manage filler accounts
- Enable QR code generation and vehicle tagging
- Verify cylinder validity through QR scanning
- Maintain records of hydrotest certification and due dates
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Track inspection and service history
- Improve app performance and usability
4. Data Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell personal data to third parties.
